New OC: Road Runner

So yeah, this is my new oc Road Runner.

INFORMATION:

-He got the name because he runs incredibly fast.
-He's a trouble maker but intelligent.
-He is an alien that went to Earth because the planet he lived on "bored" and did not accept him.
-The thing on his neck is a device which he stole and he uses to become human.
-The thing on his neck can get the DNA but is unstable and that's why he still has rabbit ears and a tail.
-So technically he has some human DNA. He shows more emotions as a human than he does as a rabbit.
-He lives with a rich young girl, which well he forced to let him live with her.
-He has no idea what the logo on his shirt or jacket ACTUALLY means.
-Cocky little bastard
